Basic Price List

Tap Truck Amarillo is Fully Insured!

Alcohol is not included in these Prices

We have four levels of service.

Our Premier Service - Tap Truck Rental . . . $195 / Hour

Includes Tap Truck (1969 GMC Panel Truck), freestanding bar, beverage gas, ice, cups, white napkins, bar supplies, A-frame menu board, and full liability insurance. This also includes two TAPtenders, set up, and breakdown.

Second Level - Mobile Bar Rental . . . $195 / Hour

Includes our keg cart for beer service, freestanding bar, beverage gas, ice, cups, white napkins, bar supplies, A-frame menu board, and full liability insurance. This also includes 2 TAPtenders, set up, and breakdown.

Bartender . . . $45 / Hour

We will provide insured, full-service TABC certified bartenders.

Cash Bar . . . Minimum may Apply

We can set up a Cash Bar for your event. Tap Truck owns the Beer & Wine and sells to the guests. This requires three weeks notice and a letter of approval from the property owner.

Additional Add-Ons:

Soda, Lemonade, Tea . . . $35 / 50 Guests

Tap Truck makes its own sodas, lemonade, and brewed tea. These are served from kegs and over ice. (Serves 100 when selected as a mixer.)

There is a $30 upcharge for Creek House Honey Farm Root Beer.

Hydration Station . . . $25 / 50 Guests

Water Stations can be a large tub with bottled water in ice

or ice water in a container with a spigot. Cups provided.

Signature Cocktails . . . Request a Quote

Tap Truck can mix up your favorite punch or fruit-based cocktails. These are served from the Truck as Mocktails and the alcohol

and garnish are added by the TAPtender.

This provides a non-alcoholic option for your guests.

Cocktail Mixers . . . Price to be Determined

Tap Truck can provide mixers for your cocktail menu.

Additional TAPtender(s) . . . $30 / Hour

When an event exceeds 120 guests, or the beverage menu includes beer and multiple mixed drinks, an additional TAPtender is required.

All our TAPtenders are TABC certified.

Travel . . . $0.85 / Mile

Applied to all events more than 30 miles from downtown Amarillo.

For private parties, where there is no charge to the guests for alcohol, the Host must provide the alcohol. Tap Truck will help with estimating the quantity required based on guest count and event duration.

Our "No Touch, No Worry" service includes pick-up and delivery of your beverages and return of empty kegs. Our TAPtenders are knowledgeable bartenders with TABC certification and

can serve Beer, Wine, and common cocktails.

Tap Truck is fully insured and can provide you and the event center a certificate of insurance. Remember, there is a legal responsibility when serving alcohol, and as your bartending service, we take this seriously.

Booking requires a first payment of 25%. The final payment is due two weeks before the event. Request a quote today!

Unique Experience

Tap Truck Amarillo is a mobile bartending service with a unique means of serving your guest. Our Tap Truck, a 1969 GMC Panel Truck we call Penny, can serve anything you can put in a keg. We can handle both commercial and craft brew kegs. Our "No Touch, No Worry" service includes delivery of your beverages, TABC Certified TAPtenders, ice, cups, napkins, all other bar supplies, including the bar, and return of the empty kegs. We can also provide signature cocktails and non-alcoholic options.
